What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect your name, email, phone number, event date and time, estimated guest count, location, event type and any notes you provide. We also record a request reference and submission time.

How we use it

806 Big Screen uses these details to respond to your request, assess event suitability and prepare a quote. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell quote information.

Storage and access

Requests are stored using our website hosting providers. They are not displayed publicly. Authorized business operators and service providers may access the information to operate the booking process. Hosting providers may process technical logs for security and operation.

Your choices

Provide only the details needed to plan your event; do not submit payment-card details or sensitive personal information. To request access, correction or deletion, use the quote/contact form and state your request in the notes, or reply to a quote conversation. We may verify your identity before acting and retain records when needed for an active transaction or legal obligation.

This site does not use advertising trackers or request card payments. External websites linked here have their own privacy policies.
