What comes with the rental?
The starting package includes our 12-foot AIRSCREEN airtight screen, projector, sound system, standard setup, testing and teardown for an agreed evening rental window. Your written quote confirms equipment, timing, delivery and any extra services before you book.
Can we watch before sunset?
Plan your show after sunset for the best picture. Outdoor projection is not a daylight LED screen. We’ll review your start time and surrounding lighting before confirming your setup.
Who supplies the movie or live event?
You choose and provide your content, playback access and any required permissions. Tell us whether you plan to use a disc, streaming service or another source so we can check compatibility. Movies, subscriptions and public-performance licenses are not included.
Do we need Wi-Fi?
Streaming needs a reliable connection at the actual screen location. A weak hotspot can interrupt a show. We’ll discuss your connection and a compatible disc option when planning; no internet or streaming performance is guaranteed.
What space and power do we need?
A level, clear area with room for the screen, anchoring, projection distance, cables and seating, plus suitable grounded power. Send your location and site details with your request. We’ll confirm the required footprint and electrical supply for the equipment before booking.
Do you rent chairs or serve food?
Seating, food, drinks and decorations are not included. Bring your own chairs or blankets and refreshments. We rent the screen equipment; we do not serve food.
Do larger events automatically cost more?
No. Pricing changes when the job requires additional time, travel, staffing or equipment. Tell us about your event and we’ll explain each extra cost in writing.
Do free public movie nights need permission?
Public screenings can require a public-performance license even when admission is free. The organizer arranges the necessary content rights, venue permission and permits. We can discuss this during your quote; renting equipment does not include screening rights.
When is my date reserved?
A quote request is not a reservation. Your date is reserved only after we confirm availability and you complete the agreement and any payment requirements shown in your written quote.
Does the screen need a blower running?
No. Our AIRSCREEN airtight frame is inflated during setup, then stays inflated without a continuously running blower. The projector and speakers still need power; proper anchoring and the weather policy still apply.
Is laser better than LCD?
Laser describes the light source; LCD describes an imaging technology. They are not opposites. Our Optoma ZK708T combines a laser light source with DLP imaging and 4K UHD resolution. We focus on the actual equipment, suitable lighting and a carefully tested setup—not blanket claims about other rental companies.
Can you set up gaming or sports?
Yes, subject to the source, venue and timing review. Tell us your console or broadcast device. Outdoor projection needs darkness; daytime sports require an approved dark indoor venue. Devices, games, subscriptions and viewing rights are not included.
Where do you deliver?
We serve Lubbock and Wolfforth and consider other nearby West Texas locations by quote. Tell us your exact event location; any travel charge is disclosed before you book.
