Tailgate-style gatherings
Bring the tailgate atmosphere to your own gathering. Outdoor viewing is after dark only. For an early kickoff, ask about a dark indoor venue; shade or a pop-up canopy alone does not make daytime projection suitable.
The gear behind the game
A 12-foot airtight AIRSCREEN without a continuously running blower, an Optoma ZK708T 4K laser projector and dedicated Electro-Voice speakers. Picture quality also depends on the broadcast source and lighting.

- Your broadcast: provide legitimate access to the game and tell us your playback device, channel or streaming service. Subscriptions, pay-per-view and viewing rights are not bundled with the rental.
- Your connection: streaming needs dependable internet at the actual venue. We cannot guarantee a hotspot, broadcaster or streaming service will stay connected.
- Your location: suitable power, anchoring, clear space, safe weather and venue permission are required. This is not a daylight LED display rental.
- Your timeline: we agree on setup, viewing and collection times in writing. Overtime or extra innings do not automatically extend the rental; ask about extra time when requesting your quote.
Public or commercial screenings may require additional permission from the rights holder or broadcaster. The organizer is responsible for confirming the appropriate rights before the event; a home subscription is not a promise of public-viewing permission.
Rentals start at $400. Final pricing covers your agreed rental window, applicable tax and any delivery, staffing or extra services. We do not claim affiliation with any team, league or venue.
